MEET RON
Ron Levasseur
Ronald J. Levasseur was the founding partner of Buckel, Levasseur & Pillai, LLC
and remains counsel emeritus
to the firm.
Ron began his legal practice in Baltimore, Maryland where he was a partner at a firm specializing in general civil litigation with an emphasis on workers’ compensation matters. He relocated to Cumberland, Maryland
in the early 1980’s in connection with pursuing hundreds of workers’ compensation claims for industrial workers in Allegany County.
Ron was also a renowned trial lawyer, particularly in complicated workers’ compensation matters. Ron received many honors and appointments throughout his active legal career from a variety of professional and bar organizations. While he does not actively practice, he serves as a resource to our firm’s attorneys who frequently draw upon his over 30 years of trial experience.
